Quesadillas with coleslaw and pickles slices

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the slices lengthwise into thin strips. Set aside 2 tablespoons of gherkin juice for 4 people.

For the coleslaw, chop the onion and mix with the mayonnaise, mustard, the sweet-sour vinegar of the slices, pepper and salt with the cabbage.

Place two tortilla wraps on each baking sheet for 4 people.

Divide half of the cheese, coleslaw, fricandeau, strips of slices and the rest of the grated cheese.

Cover with the rest of the tortillas.

Bake the quesadillas in the oven for about 10 minutes, so that the cheese is melted. Cut into dots and serve immediately.
