Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and hollow them out with a tablespoon. Leave half a centimeter of flesh on the edge.

Slice the cut flesh and mix it with the crème fraîche and the sage. Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Grease the oven dish. Place the courgettes in the baking dish and fill them with the sage zucchini mixture.

Sprinkle half the courgettes with the pine nuts and the grated cheese. Fry in about 20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
