Casserole with goat's cheese, potato, zucchini and sundried tomatoes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Place the potato slices in the baking dish.

Cut the zucchini into slices and the onion into thin rings. Divide half of the zucchini and half of the onion on the slices.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the grated cheese.

Mix the tomato with 2 tbsp oil from the pot and spread over the oven dish.

Place the potato slices on top and cover with the rest of the onion and zucchini. Press and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream and salt and pepper. Pour over the gratin. Sprinkle the cheese over it.

Bake for about 40 minutes. Remove the gratin from the oven and let it rest for 4 minutes.
