Casserole with meatballs and winter carrot
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (chopped), beef soup balls (a 230 g), garlic (pressed), dried thyme, sweet soy sauce, winter carrot (in slices) and potato slices (700 g).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the meatballs and fry them on a high heat. Add the garlic, the thyme, the ketjapmarinadeen pepper and salt to taste, pour 150 ml of water and stir the cakes. Bring to boil.

Scoop the onion and the meatballs with a slotted spoon from the pan into the baking dish. Scoop the carrot through. Cover the whole with the potato slices. Divide the frying liquid over it. Fry the oven dish in approx. 40 min. Until cooked and golden brown.
