Rucola puree with red cabbage and cooking pears
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, liquid (fry and roast (bottle 400 g)), minced meat (ball grandmothers (a 2 pieces)), boiled red cabbage (with apple pieces (520 g)), stewed pears (370 ml), mashed potatoes (a 230 g) and arugula (a 75 g).

Heat butter in casserole and put meatballs around brown cans.

Add 75 ml of water, put the lid on the pan and put the fire down.

Meanwhile roast red cabbage and cooking pears according to instructions on packaging.

Bring 750 ml of water to the boil.

Pour water into pan and add mashed potato with whisk.

Finely chop the arugula and mix with puree.

With rucola puree red cabbage, half stewed pears and minced meat serve with meat and pour over with gravy from casserole..
