Vegetarian oven dish with mini-circles, zucchini, spring onions, eggs and old cheese.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cook the potatoes in the microwave in approx. 2 x 4 minutes at full power (700 Watt).
  3. Clean the zucchini and cut into cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  4. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche.
  5. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, zucchini, spring onions, capers and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix in the egg mixture and transfer the mixture into an oven dish.
  7. Bake in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until done and golden brown.
