Casserole with spinach
Dutch oven dish with feta and spinach.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cook the potatoes in the peel for 25 minutes until done. Allow them to cool slightly and peel off the skin.

Heat the milk in a saucepan and melt the butter in it. Pour the potatoes and puree.

Heat the oil and fry the minced meat in 8 minutes. Divide the minced meat over the baking dish.

Heat the oil and fry the garlic for 1 min.

Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink into parts. Let the spinach drain. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the spinach and tomatoes over the mince, cover with the puree and sprinkle with the cheese.

Heat approx. 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
