Pasta gratin with spinach and salami
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spinach à la crème (mixed cubes, frozen, 450 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), onion (chopped), sliced mushrooms (200 g), salami ((processed meats), chopped), al dente cooked pasta (clique, eg penne or fusilli) and grated spicy cheese.

Preheat the oven grill.

Spinach defrost according to instructions on packaging.

Heat oil in frying pan and gently fry garlic and onion for 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and brown on high heat in 3-4 min.

Cut Salami into strips.

Mix spinach, salami and pasta with mushroom mixture.

Fully heated heating.

Season with salt and pepper.

Repeat pasta in baking dish.

Sprinkle the cheese over it and let it golden brown under the grill for 5 minutes.
