Roast the pine nuts in a dry, hot wok and shake them on a piece of kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in the wok, fry the garlic cloves for 1 minute and scoop them with a slotted spoon at the pine nuts.

Spoon the strips of bacon into the woks and fry them crispyly. Put the onion chips on the bacon and fry them for 3 minutes.

Put a third of the spinach in the wok and let the spinach shrink (extra handy with two large spatulas or spoons). Add the rest of the spinach in parts.

Add the raisins and simmer the spinach for another 3-4 minutes.

Spoon the crumbs with the pine nuts and garlic through the spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
