Cauliflower broccoli curry with chicken
A tasty recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil, chilled cauliflower and broccoli florets, green curry paste, coconut and unsalted roasted almonds.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Heat the chicken in a wok and fry the chicken brown. If necessary, season with salt.

Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets and cook for 2 minutes. Add the curry paste and cook for 1 min. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to the boil.

Boil the vegetables in approx. 4 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, cut the chives finely.

Divide the couscous over the plates and scoop the curry next to it. Sprinkle with the almonds and the chives.
