Cauliflower curry with yogurt

Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 5 minutes.

Add the pepper, carrot and cauliflower and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Stir in the curry paste and fry for 1 minute. Add the tomato cubes and bring to the boil while stirring. Let the vegetables simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and finally stir in the yogurt (keep some to garnish). Warm the yogurt possibly for a few minutes, but do not let it boil again.

Serve with some yogurt. Tasty with rice.
