Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Put the chicken rolls upright in the baking dish and pour the fond and the lemon juice.
  2. Roast the rosettes in the oven for about 20 minutes. Take them out of the gravy and put on preheated plates.
  3. If necessary, tie the gravy with a knob of cold butter. Serve the rosettes with carrot spaghetti and pour the gravy over it.
