Cauliflower pasta with cheese

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cook the cauliflower in water with salt for 10 minutes in another pan.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and fruit for 2 minutes (roux).

Pour in the milk and bring to the boil with a whisk while stirring. Keep stirring until a bound sauce is formed.

Grate the cheese. Add the cheese and stir until it is dissolved in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease the oven dish. Drain the pasta and the cauliflower. Mix with half of the cheese sauce and scoop in the baking dish.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Pour over the rest of the cheese sauce and put the slices of tomato on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown.
