Rice with fried turkey, pamper fruit and garden peas

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the lemon into 6 parts. Put the pampering fruit in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon sticks, 2 lemon wedges and a lot of pepper.

Cook gently for 20 minutes on low heat.

Chop the onion. In the meantime, heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions for 5 minutes on low heat. Add the garden peas and 1/2 liter of water.

Leave to stew on low heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the turkey into slices of about 1 cm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the turkey for about 4 minutes until done.

Turn halfway and add the rest of the lemon. Press the juice out of the parts with a fork.

Serve the pampering fruit with turkey, rice and peas. Place the lemon wedges and the cinnamon aside.
