Spinach pasta with fried egg


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: wholemeal spaghetti, olive oil, fresh spinach (a 300 g), garlic (squeezed), crème fraîche (125 ml), eggs and grated old cheese (bag of 175 grams).

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Always add a portion of spinach and let it shrink before you add a new portion. Repeat until all spinach has shrunk and the moisture has evaporated.
  3. Fry the garlic for 1 min. Turn down the heat and add the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Break the eggs carefully, try to keep the yolk whole. Fry the fried eggs on low heat.
  5. Spoon the spaghetti through the spinach and spread over 4 plates. Place a fried egg on each plate and sprinkle with the cheese.
