Chopped satay dish with green beans
Stir-fried green beans with minced-vegetables mixture with rice.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and break them into pieces. Cook them in approx. 5 minutes until al dente.

Chop the onion and cut the pepper into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the mince and fry. Fry the pepper for approx. 1 min.

Make the mix with cold water and add to minced meat mixture. Bring the mixture to the boil while stirring occasionally.

Drain the corn. Add the green beans and corn to the minced meat mixture and simmer for approx. 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
