Pasta with endive and chorizo
Pasta with endive, onion, chorizo, sundried tomatoes and whipped cream.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into cubes. Chop the onion and cut the endive into strips.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the chorizo for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the whipped cream and endive and let shrinking all the time.

Drain the pasta, add to the endive mixture and scoop. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the pasta over plates and put the tomatoes on it.
