Let the dough thaw.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Spread the cauliflower in florets and boil the cauliflower in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and drain well.

Dab the cauliflower dry with kitchen paper. Beat the eggs with pepper and salt, cottage cheese and cheese.
