Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Clean the garlic and cut finely. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the minced meat, garlic and tomato puree for 3 minutes on low heat. Change regularly.

Add the soup vegetable and fry for 2 minutes. Mix in the cauliflower rice and remove the pan from the heat.
