Cauliflower soup with crab

Melt half of the butter in a pan and fry the onion glassy. Add the cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the stock and cook the cauliflower for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the rest of the butter in another pan until golden brown and fragrant. Remove the pan from the heat source and add the crabmeat and curry powder. Season with salt.

Puree the cauliflower soup, spread over 4 bowls and spoon the crab mixture in the middle of each bowl of soup.

Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with the baguette.
