Grind most of the coriander with the garlic, pepper and mayonnaise in the food processor until a green smooth sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the baguettes lengthwise and into equal pieces. Brush the cutting edges with oil. Bake the bread with the cut faces up in about 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool down until lukewarm.

Brush the bread generously with the sauce and spread the mackerel over it. Serve on a flat dish, sprinkled with fresh coriander.
