Sandwich with mustard and mashed potatoes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: bread (self-cut (eg pain rustique)), coarse mustard, mashed potatoes ((bag a 750 g), frozen), spring onion (in rings), cheddar (cheese, in slices) and butter.
Spread 2 slices of bread on one side with mustard.
Brush 1 of the slices with the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper and spring onions.
Then put the cheese on top and cover with the other slice of bread.
Spread the bread on the outside with butter and heat the sandwich in a toasted iron or fry on both sides in a non-stick frying pan..
