Cauliflower soup with prawns


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, garlic, olive oil, cauliflower, potato dumplings (a 450 g), beef broth (350 ml), sun-dried tomatoes on oil (jar of 180 g) and pink shrimp (a 125 g).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  2. Heat oil in soup pan and gently fry onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.
  3. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.
  4. Add potato diced and cauliflower to onion and bake for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the broth and 3 pots of water and cook the soup for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes.
  7. Pour some spoonfuls of vegetable with skimmer out of soup and keep separate.
  8. Puree soup with hand blender.
  9. Stir in the vegetables and shrimps kept separately.
  10. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  11. Soup in four plates and garnish with tomato..
