Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into pieces.

Slice the garlic.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Cut the pak choi into strips.

Heat the oil in the soup pot. Fry the garlic and most of the pepper for 1 min. Add the mushrooms and the bok choy and cook for 2 min.

Add the stock, the water and spices and let it boil. Break the noodles into pieces and cook in hot soup for 4 minutes.

Distribute soup over large bowls and garnish with the rest of red pepper.
