Indian bread salad


Indian bread salad with quinoa, radish and cauliflower.

Directions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Boil for 3 minutes in plenty of water with salt. Drain in a colander and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the radish into quarters and the coriander leaves coarsely.
  3. In the meantime, heat the oil in a stirring fruit, the cumin and curry powder for 1 min. Add the quinoa and cook until crispy and done in 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cauliflower and turn the heat high. Stir-fry 2 min. Do in a large bowl.
  5. Heat the oil in the (not cleaned) wok. Tear the bread into pieces and stir fry 3 min.
  6. Put the bread in the cauliflower. Add the cold tomato cubes, radish and coriander and scoop. Crumble the cheese cubes over it. Bon appétit! .
