A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cauliflower, red pepper, turkey breast (about 400 g), butter, Indian curry sauce (400 ml), naan bread with garlic and coriander (280 g), mango and almond shavings (45 g).

Directions

  1. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into cubes.
  3. Cut turkey into cubes.
  4. Heat butter in large frying pan and turkey in 5 min.
  5. Around brown bowls.
  6. Sprinkle cauliflower and paprika with turkey and fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, heat flat bread according to the instructions for use.
  9. Mango peel and cut into slices.
  10. Dry almonds in dry frying pan in 1 min.
  11. Create curry in four large bowls, garnish with almonds and serve with bread and mango..
