Tortellini with mushroom sauce
Italian pasta with tortellini with cheese, chestnut mushrooms, butter, chicken breast, lettuce and parsley.

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package.

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken around brown in about 7 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the mix and the water and bring to the boil.

Mix the lettuce and dressing.

Cut the parsley above the sauce.

Spoon the tortellini through the sauce. Season spicy with (freshly ground) black pepper. Serve with the salad.
