Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper. Bake them in the baking product in about 2 minutes per side brown.

Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest under aluminum foil. Heat the oven grill.

Pour the red wine and meat stock into the pan and reduce to ⅔. Beat the herb cream cheese through.

Place a slice of goat's cheese on each steak and grate the cheese lightly under the grill.

Serve the steak with the red wine sauce.
