Lamb steaks with saffron and chickpeas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, saffron, olive oil, dried apricots (in strips), tomato cubes (400 g), chickpeas ((400 g), drained) and lamb steaks (a la minute).

Saffron threads 5 min.

Soak in 2 t of water.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in large frying pan and fry apricots on low heat.

Add tomato cubes including moisture and saffron and bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper.

Let the tomato mixture simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, stir in the chickpeas for the last 5 minutes and co-heat.

Meanwhile, heating the grill pan.

Lubricate lamb with residual oil and cook in 2 min.

Per side on high heat.

Spread the lamb with salt and pepper.

Spread chickpeas with sauce over four plates and lay lamb next to it.
