A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: egg noodles, Quorn chunks (a 350 g), sweet soy sauce, onions, wok oil (bottle of 500 ml), sambal oelek, ready-to-cook spinach (a 300 g) and roasted sesame seeds (sprinkle of 25 g ).

Directions

  1. Prepare according to instructions.
  2. Mix the quorn with sweet soy sauce.
  3. Peel onions and cut into half rings.
  4. Heat in wok oil and stir well for 5 minutes.
  5. Add onion and sambal and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Creating spinach in parts and stir-frying.
  7. Add the next part of spinach when the previous part has shrunk.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
