Cauliflower with cumin cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: cauliflower (in florets), butter, flour, semi-skimmed milk, cumin cheese (mature 48 (piece) and grated).

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add the cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes until al dente (blanch). Drain and rinse under cold running water. Drain and put in the baking dish.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir 3 min. Until the mixture begins to lightly color. Pour in the milk and reduce to a smooth, bound sauce. Stir frequently. Add half of the cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven until the cauliflower is done and the cheese is golden brown.
