Cauliflower with mustard cheese sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (800 g), cauliflower, onions, olive oil, breaded fillets (a 90 g, Valess), cheese sauce (48 g), French mustard (jar 250 ml), sugar and fresh parsley (bag 30 g).

Directions

  1. Potatoes in low water with salt to taste in 10-12 min.
  2. Cast off.
  3. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into small florets.
  4. In boiling water with a little salt in 8-10 min.
  5. Cook.
  6. Cast off.
  7. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan.
  9. Pour in the onion rings for about 3 minutes.
  10. Add breaded fillets and bake for about 2 minutes on each side.
  11. Meanwhile, prepare cheese sauce according to directions on packaging.
  12. Add mustard and sugar and co-heat for 1 min.
  13. Divide potatoes and cauliflower into 4 plates.
  14. Add mustard cheese sauce over cauliflower and garnish with parsley.
  15. Prepare breaded fillets with onion rings next to them..
