Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in 5 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, put the garlic with the capers, pickles, parsley, mustard, vinegar, oil and the basil in the container of the hand blender.

Grind to a smooth sauce. Season with pepper and add the salt.
