Celeriac-pointed cabbage dish with spicy minced meat

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Boil the celeriac, potato and garlic in water with salt. In the meantime, heat the oil and fry the onion for about 5 minutes.

Add the minced meat and fry at a high setting in a few minutes. Add the red pepper and tomato sauce and let the minced meat simmer for another 5 minutes.

Drain the potato and celery and crush well. Season this puree with salt and pepper.

Divide half of the mince sauce over the baking dish and cover with half of the pointed cabbage. Press the coal well and divide half of the celeriac puree over here. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.

Continue with a second layer of minced meat, coal and puree and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Grate the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes.
