Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Remove the leaves from the carrots. Put all the vegetables and herbs in the roasting pan and drizzle generously with olive oil. Grind (sea) salt and pepper and mix everything together.
  2. Roast the vegetables in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Pour the broth after about 20 minutes of oven time and scoop.
  3. Sprinkle the bread with a little water and warm it for the last 5 minutes. Serve the roasted vegetable dish with slices of bread.
