Preistamppot with meatballs
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mashed potatoes (750 g, frozen), butter (unsalted), sliced leeks (bag of 300 g), silver onions of sweet acid (pot a 340 g) and meatballs (roast).

Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and simmer the leek in 6 minutes.

Add the silver onion.

Halve the meatballs and cut the halves into slices.

Add the minced meat to the leek and warm for another 3 minutes.

Then add the puree and mix.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the pre-sampler over 4 plates..
