Celeriac stew


Delicious winter dish, stew of celeriac, serrano ham and fresh parsley.

Directions

  1. Cut the celeriac into slices. Peel and cut it afterwards. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Boil in a covered pan with a base of water and salt celeriac with potato in 20 min.
  2. Halve the slices of ham. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry the ham on both sides until crispy, keep warm on a low heat. Pour the celeriac and potato. Heat the broth.
  3. Mash the celeriac, potato with stock, dairy spread and Dijonnaise. Cut the parsley. Put the parsley through. Season with pepper and salt. Divide the stew over the plates. Serve with warm ham.
