Mac and moz al forno
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: macaroni (bag 500 g), butter, flour, semi-skimmed milk, flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), fine mustard, ricotta (fresh cheese, 250 g), Gorgonzola (cheese, 185 g ), mozzarella (light (125 g), in slices) and breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cook the pasta in water with salt for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, stir well and leave on low heat for 3 minutes (roux). Add the milk and bring to the boil. Stir regularly to create a smooth sauce. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Drain the pasta and place in the baking dish. Put the parsley through.

Add the mustard, ricotta and 2/3 of the Gorgonzola to the sauce and stir until the cheese has melted. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta, scoop and divide the rest of the Gorgonzola and the mozzarella over it. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.

Bake the dish in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes. Tasty with broccoli.
