Satay finches with sajo beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast cooking rice, butter or margarine, saté or slavink (about 400 g), crushed green beans (500 g), boemboe for sajo beans (125 g) and seroendeng (peanut coconut litter).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in frying pan.

Sprinkle finches for about 20 minutes.

Boil the beans for approx.

5 minutes and drain.

Heat the rest of butter in a frying pan.

Green beans stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add bumbu spice and 200 ml water and simmer for approx.

3 minutes.

Making Seroendeng by rice.

Serve beans with finches and rice..
