Celery salad with lemon-yoghurt dressing


Salad from tuber, bleach and celery leaves with a fresh yoghurt dressing.

Directions

  1. Peel the celeriac and grate into matches in the food processor. Put in a bowl. Cut the celery into thin loops and add.
  2. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the grater, 2 tbsp lemon juice and the mayonnaise into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Cut the celery fine. Mix the dressing and the celery through the tuber and celery. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Spoon the salad on a dish and sprinkle with the cranberries.
