Celery salad with lemon-yoghurt dressing
Salad from tuber, bleach and celery leaves with a fresh yoghurt dressing.

Peel the celeriac and grate into matches in the food processor. Put in a bowl. Cut the celery into thin loops and add.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the yogurt with the grater, 2 tbsp lemon juice and the mayonnaise into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the celery fine. Mix the dressing and the celery through the tuber and celery. Season with pepper and salt.

Spoon the salad on a dish and sprinkle with the cranberries.
