Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Boil the cabbage leaves with salt for 2 minutes. Rinse them with cold water in a colander.

Well the couscous. Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic and onion.

Add the chili powder, salt, pepper, chestnut mushrooms and almonds and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Put in the couscous.

Put the cabbage leaves next to each other and pat dry. Cut away any hard veins, but leave the leaves intact.

Spread the couscous mixture over the middle of the leaves. Fold the sides of the coals inwards and form rolls.

Place them with a seam in a greased oven dish. Put them covered for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
