Salad of roasted peppers
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, peppers (yellow), anchovy fillets (finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), capers (finely chopped), fresh oregano (finely chopped) and extra virgin olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Place the peppers on a rack and slide the rack in the middle of the oven. Roast the peppers for 25 minutes. Place the peppers in a bowl, cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave them for about 15 minutes.

Cut the peppers in four, remove the skin and remove the seeds.
