Chanterelles with hoisin sauce and haddock

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Peel and grate the ginger. Cut the bunch salad onion into rings and halve the large Cantharellus cibarius.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper and cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into thin strips.

Scoop the spring onion through the noodles and serve with the fish. Yummy! .
