Cheese quiche with provençal tomatoes
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: flour, salt, cold butter or margarine, eggs (M), sour cream, pepper, grated Emmental (cheese), grated Gruyère (cheese), tomatoes, mixed herbs (dried), olive oil, flour to pollinate and butter or margarine to grease.

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- Salt
- 75 g cold butter or margarine
- 4 eggs (M)
- 125 ml creme fraiche
- Pepper
- 100 g grated emmentaler cheese
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 5 tomatoes
- Tablespoon Provencal herbs dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon baking flour to pollinate
- Tablespoon butter or margarine to grease

Directions

Sprinkle together in bowl of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add butter and cut into small pieces with 2 knives.

Add cold water (1 to 2 tablespoons) and knead until smooth dough with a cool hand.

Leave the dough in the fridge for approx.

30 minutes.

Grease mold.

Preheat oven to 200 ° C or gas oven 4.

Dust the worktop with flour.

Roll out dough into round piece of approx.

30 cm diameter.

Cover up with dough, prick into the bottom with fork.

Beat eggs with crème fraîche, about 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Emmental and Gruyère stirring.

Pour in a tart mold.

Wash tomatoes, halve them and sprinkle cut sides with Provençal herbs, salt and pepper.
