Sweet citrus carrots with salmon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, orange, butter, sugar, carrots, potatoes (700 g), salmon fillet (a ca. 250 g) and fresh parsley (30 g).

Season the orange, half of the orange peel, and let the orange squeeze out.

In small pan, reduce orange juice, butter, orange zest and sugar to syrupy sauce and remove from heat.

Clean the carrots and cook for 8 minutes.

Roots according to the instructions for cooking.

Preheat the cooking pan.

Season the salt with salt and pepper and cook in 8 minutes, halfway through.

Parsley finely chop and mix with baby potatoes.

Serve orange sauce through carrots.
