Coalfish curry with snow peas


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, quick-boiled rice (pack 400 g), snow peas, coal fish fillet ((400 g, frozen), thawed), sunflower oil, onion (sliced), yellow pepper (in pieces), coconut milk (400 ml) and chicken broth tablet.

Directions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Remove the stem set and tip of the snow peas.
  3. Cut the coalfish into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the fish in about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the fish from the pan and keep it warm on a plate, covered with aluminum foil.
  6. Fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes in the shortening.
  7. Add the coconut milk and snow peas, crumble the bouillon tablet and bring to the boil.
  8. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  9. Warm the coalfish the last minute without stirring.
  10. Serve with the rice..
