Beef strips with shii-takes and shanghai paksoi
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice, Shanghai pak choi (or 1 regular pak choi), shiitake mushrooms, cornflour, sunflower oil, beef strips natural (about 250 g), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), beef broth (from tablet) and oyster sauce .

Prepare rice according to instructions.

Cut from paksoi green leaves of white stalk and wash paksoi.

Cut the stalk into pieces.

Roll up leaves and cut into thin strips.

Shiitake in bowl, shovel with cornstarch, so that all the mushrooms are covered.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan or frying pan and bake for 5 min.
