Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes in four, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the flesh into strips. Also cut the garlic fine.

Mix the tomato with the garlic, ricotta, basil and oil in a large bowl. Season with pepper and salt.

Drain the pasta and mix through the tomato mixture.
