Twisted Italian pasta with creamy sauce, tomatoes and basil.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile cut the tomatoes in four, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the flesh into strips. Also cut the garlic fine.
  3. Mix the tomato with the garlic, ricotta, basil and oil in a large bowl. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix through the tomato mixture.
