Cheese schnitzel with Mediterranean potatoes and string beans

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes with the Provençal herbs and possibly salt in 15 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done.

Change regularly.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to the boil. Clean the onions and cut into half rings.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 7 minutes on low heat. Take out of the pan.

Heat the oil in the same pan and fry the cheese schnitzels for 4 min. On medium heat. Times regularly.

When the water is boiling, add the string beans to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes until al dente. Halve the sun-dried to.

Drain the string beans and mix with the fried onion, sundried to and the vinegar. Season with pepper and salt.

Serve the vegetables with the potato wedges and the schnitzels.
