Start with the sauce. Heat the oil and fry the onion golden brown in about 5 minutes.

Leave to cool and mix with the mayonnaise, curry and spices into a sauce.

Cut the lettuce into strips. Cut the apple into quarters and cut the quarters into thin slices. Heat the sausages according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the buns at the top and push the sides slightly apart. Put a few strips of lettuce, a few slices of apple and a sausage between them. Spoon a little sauce over it and sprinkle with the onions. Serve immediately.
